Hisagi sat on a table and looked at Ambrose with his creepy smile. "Well, a lot of people say that and we've been working on it for around five years, but the scientist have figured out how to un-strand and re-strand DNA, so soon enough we will be able to take out the abilities that these people have."

But isn't still risky what would happen if you mess up they might get a second mutation. We should just kill them that is such an easier idea

Hisagi laughed. "You're bright Ambrose, but wouldn't hunting these people with newly formed abilities be more exciting than it is now-a-days. I mean think about if, people having the abilities to destroy someone with the snap of their fingers, how fun would that be?" Though it didn't really make sense fighting someone that powerful Hisagi didn't care he just liked the hunt.
