New York was a volatile place as of late. Brooklyn still was home to a rag tag bunch of misfits who refused to bow to his will. The Bronx housed a gang which Cage was currently involved in a reluctant trade agreement slash truce with. Queens was a total barren wasteland where some crazy homeless people liked to roam around. But Manhattan...Manhattan was running like a machine. That is to say, near perfectly.
Like any machine, Manhattan did have a few "bugs". Cage like any good creator preferred to extract these bugs himself. Thus he tasked two of his drones to build what is hence forth known as The Ring.
One the twenty third story of One Times Square construction began three months ago. Today The Ring is open for slaughter.
