But isn't still risky what would happen if you mess up they might get a second mutation. We should just kill them that is such an easier idea

Hisagi laughed. "You're bright Ambrose, but wouldn't hunting these people with newly formed abilities be more exciting than it is now-a-days. I mean think about if, people having the abilities to destroy someone with the snap of their fingers, how fun would that be?"
